Certain Communications provides mission-critical wholesale VoIP communications services to phone companies, long distance carriers and voice service providers. We operate our own state-of-the-art switching platform connected to a sophisticated array of private networks, traditional inter-carrier vendors and the internet, allowing us to reach any domestic landline or cellular phone. 

Certain Communications was founded in January 2009 to take advantage of the strong telecommunications industry experience of its founding members. Over the past 15 years, members of the team have been involved in the telecommunications industry, both as management executives and as third party financial and operational consultants. Certain Communications has the business and engineering expertise to provide solutions tailored to each of our customer’s needs.
